Shipping

We ship through Canada Post most single items will ship via letter mail. This is at your own risk as we have no way of confirming delivery. Otherwise it is shipped express post. Please contact us with any questions.

Returns/Exchanges
• Clothing Items purchased from Squish and Squeakz Co. are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges. For this reason, please be sure to purchase correct sizes.
• If a purchased item is received in a faulty or defective condition, please contact squishandsqueakz@gmail.com and I will work to resolve right away. Defects must be addressed within 10 days of receipt of product, any issues arising after 10 days are deemed wear and tear and are not refundable.
• Squish and Squeakz Co. is not accountable for any piling, fading, or colour bleeding of fabric or clothing items.

Custom Orders
• Are available upon request with a non refundable deposit of 50%.

Handmade Items
• We make all the items at Squish and Squeakz Co. Every item we make is handmade and one is never the same as the next, it is uniquely one of a kind. As is the nature of handmade, there can be slight variations between products and pattern placement can vary from what is seen in photos.
